The coating system consists of three functional layers: the first layer is an epoxy primer, the second is a copolymer adhesive layer, and the third is a polypropylene top layer, together forming a robust multi-layer protective system.

    The key advantages of 3LPP coating lie in its exceptional corrosion and high-temperature resistance. The epoxy primer provides excellent adhesion and cathodic protection, effectively isolating the steel pipe from moisture, oxygen, and other corrosive agents in the environment. The intermediate adhesive layer ensures a strong bond between the epoxy and polypropylene layers, preventing delamination. The polypropylene outer layer offers outstanding mechanical strength, impact resistance, and abrasion resistance, protecting the pipe from physical damage during transportation, installation, and operation. Furthermore, 3LPP coating exhibits remarkable chemical resistance and can continuously operate in temperatures up to 110°C, making it ideal for harsh applications such as high-temperature pipelines, chemical transportation, and subsea environments. It is highly resistant to a wide range of chemicals, including acids, alkalis, and salts, and is widely used in industries including oil and gas, chemical processing, municipal engineering, offshore projects, and heating pipelines.
