    This standard applies to seamless steel pipe used in high-temperature environments, steel pipe material is heat-resistant steel, can maintain good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance at high temperatures. Steel pipe is manufactured by hot rolling or cold drawing process. Heat treatment such as normalizing, annealing or quenching and tempering is required to ensure its high temperature performance.

    Product Packaging

    Exterior surfaces varnished clear/black, hot-dipped galvanized or corrosion-resistant (FBE, 3LP, 3LPP) optional, steel strapping.

    ① Generally, the tube is marked at both ends with the indicated ring color markings. The indicated color markings may also be applied to the entire length of the tube upon request and as agreed upon at the time of order.

    ② If the steel is sedated with aluminum or deoxidized in a vacuum, a silicon content of less than the lower limit of 0.10% is permitted.

    ③ This steel may only be considered as tubes for containers.

    ④ The carbon content is allowed to increase by 0.02% when the tube wall is ≥ 30 mm.

     If the wall thickness exceeds 65 mm, the value must be agreed upon at the time of ordering.

    ① wall thickness ≤ 3mm, outside diameter ≤ 30mm tube, the minimum value can be reduced by 10N/m ㎡

    ②) If the wall thickness > 60mm, for St35.8, St45.8, 17Mn4, 19Mn5, 15M03 and 14MoV63 steel grade made of pipe values can be agreed upon;.

    If the wall thickness of > 60 to ≤ 80mm on the 13CrMo44 steel pipe minimum value of 270N/m ㎡ and 10CrMo910 steel for 260N/m ㎡, the minimum value of X20CrMoV121 steel pipe can be 490 N/m ㎡.

    ③ For longitudinal specimen test (see Section 8.5.3), the minimum value of notched impact work can be increased by 14J.

    ④ For wall thickness ≤10 mm, the minimum value shall be increased to 15 N/m㎡.

    ⑤) The minimum value can be reduced to 27J for hot rolled steel tubes.
