Three-Layer Polyethylene Coating (3LPE Coating) is an advanced anti-corrosion technology widely applied in the surface treatment of steel pipes to enhance their durability and corrosion resistance. The coating system consists of three distinct layers: an epoxy primer as the first layer, a copolymer adhesive as the second layer, and a polyethylene top layer as the outer protection, together forming a multi-layer composite protection system.

The epoxy primer offers excellent adhesion and cathodic protection, effectively isolating the steel pipe from moisture and oxygen in the environment, thereby significantly reducing the risk of corrosion.
