Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) invested USD 12 billion in 2017 to develop its Clean Fuels Project, which utilizes advanced hydroprocessing technology to successfully produce Euro V-compliant clean fuels with sulfur content below 10ppm and 40% reduced aromatics, significantly enhancing environmental performance while driving clean energy development across the Middle East region.
